Los IGBT con tecnología Trench Gate Field-Stop serie 650V HB de STMicroelectronics son IGBT desarrollados con una estructura avanzada Trench Gate y Field Stop propietaria. Estos dispositivos representan un equilibrio óptimo entre pérdidas de conducción y de conmutación para maximizar la eficiencia de cualquier convertidor de frecuencia. Gracias a la tecnología Trench-Gate Field-Stop de alta velocidad avanzada de ST, estos IGBT incluyen una cola de apagado de corriente de colector mínima, así como una tensión de saturación muy baja (Vce(sat)), hasta 1,6 V (típica), para minimizar las pérdidas de energía durante la conmutación y en el encendido. Además, un coeficiente de temperatura VCE(sat) ligeramente positivo y una distribución de parámetros muy ajustada permiten un funcionamiento más seguro en paralelo.
The HB2 series is an evolution of the advanced proprietary trench gate field-stop structure. The performance of the HB2 series is optimized in terms of conduction, thanks to a better VCE(sat) behavior at low current values, and in terms of reduced switching energy. A diode used for protection purposes only is co-packaged in antiparallel with the IGBT. The result is a product specifically designed to maximize efficiency for a wide range of fast applications.
