NCR401T & NCR402T PNP High Side LED Drivers

Nexperia NCR401T and NCR402T PNP High Side LED Drivers are AEC-Q101 qualified Constant Current Source Drivers designed to provide a stabilized 10mA/20mA output current. Consisting of a resistor-equipped PNP transistor with two diodes in a SOT23 package, the Nexperia NCR401T and NCR402T LED Drivers enable application designers to reduce component count and board space.
