Toshiba General-Purpose Single-Output Voltage Regulators

Toshiba TCR2LF/TCR2LE/TCR2LN CMOS General-Purpose Single-Output Voltage Regulators feature ultra-low quiescent bias current and low dropout voltage. These complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor voltage regulators are available in fixed output voltages between 0.8V and 3.6V and capable of driving up to 200mA. TCR2LF/TCR2LE/TCR2LN voltage regulators also feature overcurrent protection and auto-discharge function. As small ceramic input and output capacitors 0.1µF can be used with the voltage regulators, these devices are ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.

Features

  • Overcurrent protection
  • Auto-discharge
  • Pull-down connection between CONTROL and GND
  • Ceramic capacitors can be used ( CIN = 0.1µF, COUT = 0.1µF)
