Texas Instruments TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Reinforced Switch Drivers
Texas Instruments TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 Reinforced Isolated Switch Drivers are fully integrated and form a completely isolated Solid State Relay (SSR) when combined with an external power switch. The nominal gate drive voltage of 10V with 1.5A/3.0A peak source and sink current allows a large variety of external power switches to be chosen, meeting a wide range of applications. The TI TPSI3050/TPSI3050-Q1 reinforced switch drivers generate a secondary bias supply from the power received from its primary side, so no isolated secondary supply bias is required. Additionally, the TPSI3050-Q1 can optionally supply power to external supporting circuitry for various application requirements.
The device is available in a SOIC 8-pin (DWZ) 7.50mm x 5.85mm package.
