TDK CGA4 & CGA5 Automotive-Grade MLCCs
TDK has expanded the CGA family to include CGA4 and CGA5 Automotive-Grade Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs). The CGA4 (2012 size) and CGA5 (3216 size) MLCCs feature increased nominal capacitance ratings of 2.2μF and 4.7μF, respectively. The capacitors provide a 100V rated voltage and a downsized setting, contributing to reduced MLCCS. The TDK CGA4 and CGA5 Automotive-Grade MLCCs are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications, including smoothing and decoupling power lines for 48V automobile products. Due to the optimized product design, the CGA4 and CGA5 capacitors offer a smaller size and higher capacity.
