Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY13626-685LF-EVB Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the performance of Skyworks Solutions SKY13626-685LF Single-Pole, Four-Throw (SP4T) RF switch ICs. This evaluation board operates within the 400MHz to 3.8GHz frequency range.
The SKY13626-685LF SP4T switch ICs feature low insertion loss, high isolation, and an integrated GPIO interface. These switch ICs do not require external DC blocking capacitors on the RF paths as long as there is no DC voltage on the RF line. The SKY13626-685LF SP4T switch ICs operate over -40°C to +90°C temperature range. Typical applications include cellular systems, 3G/4G LTE systems, and pre- and post-PA switching.
