Silicon Labs Si4438 EZRadioPRO® Transceivers

Silicon Labs Si4438 EZRadioPRO® transceivers are high-performance, low-current transceivers covering sub-GHz frequency bands from 425MHz to 525MHz. These transceivers are targeted at the Chinese meter market for reliable long-range communication. The Si4438 transceivers exhibit exceptional output power up to +20dBm with its integrated on-chip power amplifier and outstanding receive sensitivity of -124dBm. Silicon Labs Si4438 EZRadioPRO transceivers achieve extremely low active and standby current consumption. The high output power and sensitivity results in an outstanding link budget of 144dB, allowing extended ranges and highly robust communication links.
