Qorvo QPQ3509 RF Filters are high-performance BAWs and 280MHz bandpass filters. The Qorvo QPQ3509 is housed in a compact 2.0mm x 1.6mm package for base station applications. Low insertion loss and high attenuation make this filter ideal for US 5G applications of small cell and radio DOT systems. The QPQ3509 is part of Qorvo's extensive RF BAW and SAW filter portfolio.
