NXP Semiconductors Controladores de LCD PCx8537
Los controladores LCD PCx8537 de NXP son controladores con pantalla de cristal líquido (LCD) totalmente equipados, específicamente diseñados para LCD de alineación vertical (VA) de alto contraste con velocidades de multiplexado de hasta 1:8. Generan las señales de accionamiento para cualquier LCD estática o multiplexada que contenga hasta ocho placas posteriores, 46 segmentos y hasta 352 elementos. Los PCx8537 incluyen una bomba de carga interna con condensadores internos para la generación en chip de la tensión de accionamiento de la LCD. Para garantizar un contraste óptimo y estable en todo el intervalo de temperatura, los PCx8537 ofrecen una compensación de temperatura programable de la tensión de alimentación de la LCD. Los PCx8537 pueden conectarse fácilmente a un microcontrolador a través del I2C-bus de dos líneas (PCx8537AH) o de un SPI-bus bidireccional de tres líneas (PCx8537BH).
