Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LM20-DK Development Kit

Nordic Semiconductor nRF54LM20-DK Development Kit is designed to facilitate the evaluation of the nRF54LM20A wireless SoCs supporting BLUETOOTH® LE, Bluetooth Mesh, Matter, Aliro, Thread, Zigbee®, and 2.4GHz proprietary protocols (up to 4Mbps). The software samples, add-ons, and libraries of the nRF Connect SDK completely support the kit. The Quick Start tool in nRF Connect for Desktop allows easy board setup.

The Nordic nRF54L series contains multiple SoCs, such as the nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15, nRF54L10, and nRF54L05. All wireless SoCs in the series integrate an ultra-low-power 2.4GHz radio and MCU with a 128MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 processor, an extensive peripheral set, and a scalable memory configuration. The nRF54LM20A adds high-speed USB to the series, expanding the maximum available NVM from 1.5MB to 2MB NVM and RAM from 256KB to 512KB.
