Vishay VLIN1626/2626 Single-Line ESD-Protection Diodes

Vishay VLIN1626 and VLIN2626 Single-Line ESD-Protection Diodes feature low load capacitance of CD <18pF for the VLIN1626 version and CD <16pF for the VLIN2626 module. Both series offer a low leakage current of IR <0.05μA and are housed in a small SOD-323 package. Vishay VLIN1626 and VLIN2626 Single-Line ESD-Protection Diodes are RoHS compliant and lead free. AEC-Q101-qualified are available. The VLIN1626 and VLIN2626 series are ideally suited for LIN bus applications.
