Los Schottkys de barrera Trench MOS TMBS de 2ª generación de Vishay Semiconductors son la segunda generación de rectificadores Schottky trench MOS de Vishay. Tienen una caída de tensión directa baja y escasa pérdida de potencia con funcionamiento de gran eficacia. Aplicaciones típicas: convertidores de CC/CC de alta frecuencia, fuentes de alimentación de conmutación, diodos de giro libre, diodos OR-ing y protección de batería inversa.
