Vishay Semiconductors BYSx Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers
Vishay Semiconductors BYSx Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers feature high efficiency and low power loss in a low-profile SMA (DO-214AC) package. These rectifiers provide guarding for overvoltage protection, high surge capability, and very low switching losses. The BYSx surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified and meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, LF maximum peak of 260°C. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, switching power supplies, freewheeling diodes, OR-ing diodes, DC/DC converters, and reverse battery protection.Features
