Vishay P600x Plastic Rectifiers

Vishay P600x General-Purpose Plastic Rectifiers are devices that offer low forward voltage drop and low leakage current. These rectifiers feature a 5μA reverse current, high forward current capability, and high forward surge capability. The P600x rectifiers operate within the -50°C to 150°C temperature range and are RoHS compliant. These rectifiers are used in the rectification of power supplies, converters, inverters, and freewheeling diode applications.
