Vishay / Barry Industries REC Chip Resistors
Vishay / Barry Industries REC Chip Resistors offer power ratings of either 12W or 30W and a resistance range of 0.5Ω to 1MΩ. These chip resistors feature a wraparound design and an extended pad configuration. REC resistors have a solder attachment, thick film on BeO construction, and a 5% resistor tolerance. Vishay / Barry Industries REC Chip Resistors are RoHS compliant and operate in a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
