Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® MicroSMP Schottky Rectifiers

Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP® MicroSMP Schottky Rectifiers are ideal for automated placement and come in a low-profile package. These rectifiers feature a low forward voltage drop, high efficiency, and low power losses. The series operates in a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Vishay General Semiconductor eSMP MicroSMP Schottky Rectifiers are lead-free, halogen-free, RoHS compliant, and available in an AEC-Q101 qualified version. The modules are available in 1A and 2A devices with a MicroSMP (DO-219AD) package. Typical applications include high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection diodes for commercial, industrial, and automotive applications.
