Toshiba TB6674FAG Stepping Motor Driver IC

Toshiba TB6674FAG Stepping Motor Driver IC is a single-chip two-phase bipolar IC with Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) output transistors. This motor driver IC can drive a two-phase stepping motor in both forward and reverse directions by bipolar driving. The TB6674FAG driver IC incorporates a power-saving circuit and a standby circuit. This component also features a built-in punch-through current restriction circuit for system reliability and noise suppression. The stepping motor driver IC offers high driving ability, 250kΩ pull-down resistance for the input terminal, and ≤20µA current consumption.
