Torex Semiconductor XC6142 Battery Voltage Monitoring IC

Torex Semiconductor XC6142 Battery Voltage Monitoring IC is optimized for 2.3V lithium secondary batteries, including semi-solid-state batteries. Designed to work alongside the XC6242 charging regulator IC, the module supports battery operation at up to +105°C and features a selectable detection voltage between 1.6V and 2.1V, matching the internal resistance of the battery. The release voltage is fixed at 2.450V, which is set at an ideal level for initiating charging with the XC6242 charging regulator IC. Torex Semiconductor XC6142 Battery Voltage Monitoring IC is available in an ultra-compact, low-profile package and monitors voltage for rechargeable batteries with constant voltage (CV) charging and for electric double-layer capacitors.
