Texas Instruments UCC12051-Q1 Automotive 5kVrms DC/DC Module provides efficient, isolated power to isolated circuits that require a bias supply with a well-regulated output voltage. The UCC12051-Q1 Module integrates a transformer and DC/DC controller with a proprietary architecture to provide 500mW (typical) of isolated power with low EMI.The TI UCC12051-Q1 Automotive 5kVrms DC/DC Module includes protection features for increased system robustness. Additionally, the device offers an enable pin, synchronization capability, and regulated 5V or 3.3V output options with headroom. The UCC12051-Q1 is a low-profile, miniaturized solution provided in a wide-body SOIC package with 2.65mm height (typical).
