Texas Instruments SN74LV8T244/SN74LV8T244-Q1 Octal Buffers
Texas Instruments SN74LV8T244/SN74LV8T244-Q1 Octal Buffers with three-state outputs and Schmitt-trigger inputs are configured into two banks of four drivers, each controlled by an output enable pin. This buffer's input is designed with a reduced threshold circuit to support up translation when the supply voltage is more than the input voltage. The SN74LV8T244 octal buffer features up to 150Mbps speed with 5V or 3.3V VCC and supports standard function pinout. This buffer's latch-up performance exceeds 250mA per JESD 17.The buffers are mainly used in applications like digital signage, controlling an indicator, and increasing the number of outputs in a microcontroller.
The SN74LV8T244-EP buffer has gold bond wires, a temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, and includes a SnPb lead finish.
The SN74LV8T244-Q1 is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
