Texas Instruments SN74AHCT1G32 Single/SN74AHCT1G32-Q1 2-Input Positive-OR Gates perform the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A\ • B\ in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA. Typical applications include I/O modules, server motherboards, automotive clusters, motor drives and controls, DLP front projection systems, TVs, set-top boxes, and audio. The SN74AHCT1G32-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
