Texas Instruments SN74AHCT1G32 Single/SN74AHCT1G32-Q1 2-Input Positive-OR Gates perform the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A\ • B\ in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA.
