Texas Instruments SN74AHC1G00/SN74AHC1G00-Q1 Single 2-Input Positive-NAND Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = A + B in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA. Typical applications include IP phones, notebook PCs, printers, access control and security, solar inverters, and personal electronics. The SN74AHC1G00-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
