Texas Instruments SN74AHC14/SN74AHC14-Q1 Hex Schmitt Inverters

Texas Instruments SN74AHC14/SN74AHC14-Q1 6-Channel Hex Schmitt Inverters contain six independent inverters. These devices perform the Boolean function Y = A. These devices have an operating range of 2V to 5.5V. Each circuit functions as an independent inverter. However, because of the Schmitt-Trigger action, the inverters have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT–) signals. Devices are available in various packages (SSOP-14, PDIP-14, SO-14, TSSOP-14, TVSOP-14, VQFN-14, and WQFN-14). The Texas Instruments SN74AHC14-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
