Texas Instruments SN74AC17/SN74AC17-Q1 Hex Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74AC17/SN74AC17-Q1 Hex Buffers consist of six independent CMOS logic buffers with Schmitt-trigger inputs. These buffers' inputs accept voltages up to 6V. The SN74AC17/SN74AC17-Q1 buffers feature a ±24mA continuous output drive at 5V and a maximum tpd of 8.2ns at 5V, 50pF load. These buffers support up to ±75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. The SN74AC17-Q1 hex buffers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These SN74AC17/SN74AC17-Q1 are used to eliminate slow or noisy input signals, debounce a switch, enable or disable digital signal, and hold a signal during controller reset.
