Texas Instruments SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 Hex Buffers

Texas Instruments SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 Hex Buffers include six independent CMOS logic buffers with open-drain outputs. These buffers' inputs accept voltage up to 6V. The SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 buffers feature a 24mA continuous output drive at 5V and maximum tpd of 6.6ns at 5V, 50pF load. These buffers support up to 75mA output drive at 5V in short bursts and drive 50Ω transmission lines. The SN74AC07-Q1 hex buffers are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These SN74AC07/SN74AC07-Q1 buffers are used to control a relay, drive an indicator LED, and level-shift using an open-drain output.
