Texas Instruments ISO782xLL Dual-Channel Isolated LVDS Buffers

Texas Instruments ISO782xLL Dual-Channel Isolated LVDS Buffers are high-performance, isolated dual-LVDS buffers with 8000VPK isolation voltage. This device provides high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low power consumption while isolating the LVDS bus signal. Each isolation channel has an LVDS receive and transmit buffer separated by a silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier. The ISO7820LL device has two forward-direction channels. The Texas Instruments ISO7821LL device has one forward and one reverse-direction channel. Through innovative chip design and layout techniques, the electromagnetic compatibility of the ISO782xLL has been significantly enhanced to ease system-level ESD, EFT, surge, and emission compliance.

ISO782xLLxEVM Isolated Dual LVDS Unidirectional Buffer EVMs

Texas Instruments ISO782xLLxEVM Isolated Dual LVDS Unidirectional Buffer Evaluation Modules (EVMs) feature the ISO782xLLx Isolated Dual LVDS Buffers. The ISO782xLLx has 100Ω differential termination at the input and output. It can also support accurate measurement of eye diagram and common mode termination at the output. These evaluation modules have a provision for measuring timing parameters accurately and for output common-mode termination. Each module is tested for the device's functionality and allows the designer to evaluate the user's design with each device.
