TE Connectivity / DEUTSCH HD10 Connectors
TE Connectivity's (TE) / DEUTSCH HD10 connectors are an environmentally sealed, thermoplastic, and cylindrical connector series. With arrangements from 3 to 9 cavities, HD10 connectors accept size 4, 12, or 16 contacts and are available either in-line or flanged mounts. TE DEUTSCH HD10 connectors are heavily used for diagnostic connectors, eliminate problems associated with assembly and maintenance time, and are designed for long service life.

- No electrical or mechanical defects after 100 cycles of engagement and disengagement
- Exhibits no mechanical or physical damage after sinusoidal vibration levels of 20Gs at 10Hz to 2000Hz, no electrical discontinuities longer than 1ms
- No damage when exposed to most fluids used in industrial applications
- 1000MΩ minimum at 25°C insulation resistance
- IP68 rating
- Withstands immersion under 3ft of water without loss of electronic qualities or leakage
- <2mA current leakage at 1500VAC dielectric withstanding voltage
- No cracking, chipping, or leaking after 20 test cycles from -55°C to +125°C
