TDK FS1525 25A Stackable µPOL™ Regulator

TDK FS1525 25A Stackable µPOL™ Regulator is an easy-to-use micro-point-of-load (µPOL) voltage regulator that is fully integrated and highly efficient. This ultra-compact and accurate regulator features an on-chip pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller, integrated MOSFETs, and an incorporated inductor and capacitors. This power module provides programmable operation via I2C and PMBus protocols, and the device is stackable up to 200A. Built-in protections include pre-biased start-up, soft-start protection, thermally compensated overcurrent protection with hiccup mode, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown with auto-recovery. TDK FS1525 25A Stackable µPOL Regulator offers a plug-and-play design with an open-drain power-good indicator and an enabled input, programmable undervoltage lockout (UVLO) circuit. The low-profile package is suitable for automated assembly using standard surface-mount equipment.
