STMicroelectronics SPC56L-Discovery Evaluation Board
STMicroelectronics SPC56L-Discovery Evaluation Board helps to evaluate the SPC56L line Power Architecture® Microcontrollers. This Discovery+ evaluation board provides full access to CPUs, I/O signals, and peripherals such as CAN, UART, FlexRay, JTAG, K-Line, and LIN. The SPC56L-Discovery evaluation board operates from a single 12VDC external power supply input that is regulated internally to 5V and 3.3V. The SPC56xL microcontrollers are designed to address all automotive applications and industrial safety-oriented applications. These devices feature specific functions to make the design of ASIL D/SIL-3 applications easier.

- Single 12VDC external power supply input and two regulators provide power voltages of 5V and 3.3V
- Main power switch and three power supply status LEDs (12V, 5V, and 3.3V)
- All MCU signals accessible by a 37x4 100mil pin grid array allowing connection of an additional board for dedicated applications
- JTAG interface (7x2 male 100mil connector)
- Two FlexRay channels with jumper enable and DB9 male connector
- Two CAN channels with jumper enable and DB9 male connector
- K-Line interface
- Two LIN interfaces (HW configurable)
- Two potentiometers for analog voltage input
- Three user LEDs
- 40MHz crystal
- Reset push button
- 115mm x 135mm board size
- 12VDC center positive, 2.1mm inner diameter
