STMicroelectronics LD49100 Automotive Regulators
STMicroelectronics LD49100 Automotive Regulators provide 1A maximum current with an input voltage range from 1.5V to 5.5V and a typical dropout voltage of 200mV. The LD49100 has ceramic capacitors on the input and output, offering stability. The LD49100 Automotive Regulators feature ultra low-dropout voltage, low quiescent current, and low-noise, making it ideal for a wide range of automotive applications.Additionally, the STM LD49100 Automotive Regulators have a low frequency, 70dB power supply rejection, and starts to roll off at 10kHz. Enable logic control function establishes the LD49100 in shutdown mode, allowing a total current consumption lower than 1μA. Protection functions include short-circuit constant current limiting and thermal protection.
The LD49100 is available in an AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified, small 6-pin DFN6 (3mm x 3mm) package with a wettable flank.
