STMicroelectronics ESDCAN0x Automotive Dual-Line Transil™ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are specifically designed for the protection of the automotive CAN bus lines against electro-static discharge (ESD). These TVS diodes come with improved parameters that make them compliant with all the key automotive interfaces, including CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, MOST, SEMT, and USB. The ESDCAN0x diodes feature stand-off voltage compatible with jump start and truck battery, bidirectional device, 250W maximum pulse power, low clamping factor, and low leakage current. The ESDCAN0x diodes are ISO 10605-C and ISO 7637-3 compliant. These TVS diodes are available in SOT323-3L packages. STMicroelectronics ESDCAN0x Automotive Dual-Line Transil™ Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are ideal for automotive CAN bus lines where electrostatic discharge and other transients must be suppressed.
