STMicroelectronics CLT03 Series Digital Input Current Limiters
STMicroelectronics CLT03 Series Digital Input Current Limiters do not require an external power supply and are powered through inputs. The product is housed in a QFN 2x4 -16L and is compatible with both high-side and low-side. The STMicroelectronics device is also reverse plugin compatible. The CLT03-2Q3 can drive either an optocoupler or a 3.3V LVTTL circuit.

- Operating ambient temperature ranges from -30°C to 125°C

- SOT23-8L - 650µm pitch
- QFN-16L - 500µm pitch
- Complies with the following standards
- IEC 61000-4-2 level 1: ±4kV (air discharge)
- IEC 61000-4-2 level 1: ±2kV (contact discharge)
