Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY13626-685LF Single-Pole 4-Throw (SP4T) Switch is a 0.4GHz to 3.8GHz device controlled by two CMOS/TTL voltage inputs. This switch requires no external DC capacitors as long as there is no DC voltage on the RF line. The SKY13626-685LF SP4T switch can operate over a temperature range from -40°C to +90°C. The RFC pin is connected to one of four switched RF outputs depending on the logic voltage level applied to the control pin. Skyworks Solutions Inc. SKY13626-685LF Switch is suitable for cellular systems, 3G/4G LTE systems, and pre- and post-PA switching.
