Silicon Labs EFR32BG22L BLUETOOTH® LE SoCs

Silicon Labs EFR32BG22L BLUETOOTH® LE SoCs are ideal for enabling energy-friendly Bluetooth networking for IoT devices. The single-die solution combines a 38.4MHz Cortex®-M33 with a high-performance 2.4GHz radio to provide an industry-leading, energy-efficient wireless SoC for IoT-connected applications. These modules feature up to 352kB of Flash and 24kB of RAM, an energy-efficient radio core with low active and sleep currents, an integrated PA with up to 6dBm (2.4GHz) TX power, and a secure boot with Root of Trust and Secure Loader (RTSL). The Silicon Labs EFR32BG22L Bluetooth LE SoCs are designed for various applications, including asset tags, beacons, remote controls, portable medical devices, Bluetooth mesh low-power nodes, sports, fitness, and wellness devices, rearview mirrors, and garage door openers.
