Silicon Labs C8051F37x/39x Small Form Factor MCUs are the next generation of Silicon Labs' best-selling C8051F33x mixed-signal MCUs. These MCUs range in flash size from 4-16 kB and are footprint and code compatible with the field-proven C8051F33x devices while offering faster speed/performance, more RAM, extra features and an extended temperature range. The C8051F39x/37x MCUs are an ideal fit for low-memory, low-pin-count applications. By combining a digital crossbar, analog peripherals, high-speed/performance, precision temperature sensor, and a precision oscillator all in a small form factor device, the C8051F39x/37x provides a best-in-class solution for a wide range of consumer, industrial, and communication applications.
