Silicon Labs EFM32 Giant Gecko 12 Family

Silicon Labs EFM32 Giant Gecko 12 Family offers scalability, security, and the most advanced feature set available on a low-power platform. With shrinking battery/power budgets and an increasing number of sensors/interfaces, doing as much work as possible while the processor is sleeping is critical. The Silicon Labs GG12 low-energy peripherals include CSEN (cap touch), ADC, DAC, OPAMPs, and LE-LCD. This combined with low-energy fabric (LinkedDMA, PRS, and LESENSE), provides fully autonomous and advanced processing capabilities while sleeping. While active, the 72MHz Cortex-M4, Octal-SPI interface, SDIO, and PDM microphone and sensor interface provide a no-compromise user experience, previously only available on higher power consumption MCUs.
