Silicon Labs EFR32BG12 Blue Gecko Bluetooth® Low Energy SoCs are ideal for enabling energy-friendly BLUETOOTH® 5 networking for IoT devices. The single-die solution provides industry-leading energy efficiency. The SoCs feature ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, and an integrated balun. Typical applications include IoT sensors and end devices, health and wellness, home and building automation, accessories, human interface devices, metering, commercial and retail lighting.

  • Autonomous Hardware Crypto Accelerator and True Random Number Generator
  • Integrated PA with up to 19.5dBm transmit power for 2.4GHz and 20dBm for Sub-GHz radios
  • Integrated balun for 2.4GHz
  • Robust peripheral set and up to 65 GPIO
