Silicon Labs EFR32ZG14 Z-Wave 700 Modem SoC

Silicon Labs EFR32ZG14 Z-Wave 700 Modem SoC (System on Chip) is low-power wireless solution ideal for smart home applications such as smart home gateways, smart speakers, set top boxes, USB sticks, and more. The single-die EFR32ZG14 4 from Silicon Labs consists of a simple serial port to communicate with the host controller, and a sub-GHz radio for RF communications to Z-Wave end devices. The Z-Wave protocol stack is fully implemented on chip, and a simple serial API is used for data and control.

The EFR32ZG14 Z-Wave 700 Modem SoC is suitable for Z-Wave controllers and gateways only, and cannot be used for end-devices.

The EFR32ZG14 is offered in a compact 5mm x 5mm QFN (Quad Flat No-lead) Package.
