ROHM Semiconductor SMLVN6RGB High Brightness Tri-Color LEDs

ROHM Semiconductor SMLVN6RGB High Brightness Tri-Color LEDs feature low height and an improved color mixture made possible by a flat frame structure. These ROHM Semiconductor LEDs are constructed using an AIGaInP and InGaN chip structure. The LEDs are available in red, blue, and green variants with luminous intensity ratings from 300mcd to 1800mcd. Operating from -40°C up to +1005°C, these tri-color LEDs operate with a typical 20mA to 50mA forward current range and 2.1V to 3.3V forward voltage range.
