Renesas / Dialog EBC10298 PSR GaN SIP
Renesas/Dialog EBC10298 PSR GaN SIP is a combination of a PSR and a GaN solution with up to 65W power design. This board includes an RRW21111 25W to 65W PSR flyback converter and an iW673-20 SR controller. The EBC10298 PSR GaN SIP delivers <150mW of power at no load and >94% efficiency. This board features digital primary-side regulation and a low BOM cost. The EBC10298 GaN-SIP supports excellent CC/CV performance.
