Renesas Electronics ISL68200 Buck Controller

Renesas Electronics ISL68200 Buck Controller features Proprietary R4™ Technology and supports a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and a wide output range of 0.5V to 5.5V. It also has integrated LDOs to provide controller bias voltage for single-supply operation. Renesas Electronics ISL68200 controller includes a PMBus/SMBus/I²C interface for device configuration and telemetry and fault reporting.

ISL68200DEMO1Z Hybrid Digital Controller Demonstration Board is a 20A synchronous buck converter with PMBus control. The compact 6-layer board evaluates transient performance, fault protections, DC/AC regulations, PMBus programming, power sequencing, margining, and other features. ISL68200DEMO1Z includes a USB-to-PMBus™ adapter and a USB cable.
