Renesas Electronics XA Automotive PLL Crystal Oscillators feature 750fs to 890fs typical phase jitter over 12kHz to 20MHz bandwidth in a small footprint. These oscillators use a family of proprietary Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) while focusing on noise reduction technologies. Renesas Electronics XA Automotive PLL Crystal Oscillators are available in a wide frequency range from 75kHz to 1.35GHz with HCMOS, LVDS, or LVPECL output options and stabilities as tight as ±25ppm. These oscillators conform to AEC-Q200 requirements and are ideal for automotive applications, black boxes, cameras, and network connections.
