Qorvo CMD196 SPDT Non-Reflective Switch MMICs

Qorvo CMD196 SPDT Non-Reflective Switch MMICs are broadband non-reflective GaAs MMIC SPDT switches in die form. The Qorvo CMD196 covers DC to 2GHz and features a low insertion loss of 1.75dB and high isolation of 46dB at 14GHz. The MMIC die operates using complementary control voltage logic lines of 0/-5V and requires no bias supply.
