Pomona Electronics Pomona 634x Series Precision Electronic Probes

Pomona 634x Series Precision Electronic Probes feature miniature probes for tiny, high-density circuits and extremely fine-pitch IC leads found in TSSOP and SSOP packages. These probes feature flexible silicone insulated wire to resist burning and comply with all the latest safety standards.  Probe sets consist of one black probe, one red probe, and a variety of stainless steel and gold plated tips. These replaceable probe tips feature .040" body diameter and tip diameter from .040" down to .018." Gold tips use steel standard Automated Test Equipment Equipment (ATE) probes, or pogo pins.
