Panasonic Industrial Devices PAN B511-1x BLUETOOTH® 5.4 Low Energy (LE) Module is based on the Nordic nRF54L15 single-chip controller. Equipped for Bluetooth 6 and 802.15.4, Panasonic PAN B511-1x features a 128MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 embedded microcontroller (MCU) backed by 1.5Mb non-volatile memory (NVM) and 256kb RAM. The module includes a built-in antenna and ultra-low current consumption for battery-powered devices. Applications include lighting, home appliances, industrial sensors, medical devices, and more.
