onsemi T30LMXT3V4T245 Transceiver
onsemi T30LMXT3V4T245 Transceiver is a 4-bit configurable dual-supply translating bidirectional transceiver with 3-state outputs. The A- and B-ports are designed to track two separate power supply rails, and both supply rails are configurable from 0.9V to 3.6V, enabling universal bidirectional voltage translation between the A- and B-ports. This transceiver features two groups of 2-bit transceivers that can be independently controlled by its direction and output enable pins. The 1DIR and 2DIR direction inputs determine the direction of data flow for each group. When nDIR is high, data flows from nB to nA, but when the 1OE and 2OE output enable inputs are high, both A- and B-ports of groups 1 and 2 are disabled. onsemi T30LMXT3V4T245 Transceiver is suitable for mobile phones, PDAs, and other portable devices.Features
