onsemi NV25xx Automotive Grade EEPROMs
onsemi NV25080, NV25160, NV25320, and NV25640 Automotive Grade EEPROMs are AEC-Q100 Grade devices offered in 8Kb, 16Kb, 32Kb, and 64Kb densities, internally organized as 1K, 2K, 4K, and 8K x 8 bits. These devices support the Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol and feature a 32-byte page write buffer. onsemi NV25xx EEPROM devices are enabled through a Chip Select (CS) input. The required bus signals are clock input (SCK), data input (SI), and data output (SO) lines. The HOLD input can pause any serial communication with the NV25xx device.The onsemi NV25xx EEPROMs feature software and hardware write protection, including partial and full array protection. Byte-level on-chip error correction code (ECC) makes these devices suitable for high-reliability applications. These devices also offer an additional Identification Page, which can be permanently write-protected.
The NV25080, NV25160, NV25320, and NV25640 EEPROM are offered in compact SOIC8 and TSSOP8 packages and operate over a -40°C to +150°C temperature range.
