onsemi NL7SZ18 1:2 Non-Inverting 3-State Demultiplexers

onsemi NL7SZ18 1:2 Non-Inverting 3-State Demultiplexers operate over a wide 1.65V to 5.5V voltage range in a -55°C to +125°C temperature range. When the Select input (S) is set to Low, the data from A is directed to Y0, while Y1 goes to high impedance. Conversely, when S is set to High, the data from A is routed to Y1, and Y0 is placed in high impedance. These high-performance devices are optimized for onboard buffering applications. The onsemi NL7SZ18 offers mixed (1.65V, 2.3V, 3.0V, and 5.5V) voltage capability by providing overvoltage tolerance (OVT) circuitry on the I/O pins.
