onsemi NCV8406 65V 7.0A Low Side Drivers

onsemi NCV8406 65V 7.0A Low Side Drivers are three-terminal, self-protected smart discrete devices designed to switch various resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. The NCV8406 Low Side Drivers feature integrated Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection and Drain-to-Gate clamping for overvoltage protection. Additional protection features include short circuit protection and thermal shutdown with automatic restart.

The NCV8406 Low Side Drivers are offered in compact SOT-223 and DPAK packages, and are AEC-Q100 qualified and PPAP-capable, making them ideal for use in automotive applications.
