onsemi FSA4486 USB Type-C® Analog Audio Switch is a high-performance device designed to support analog audio headsets in mobile and portable devices. The onsemi FSA4486 features an integrated detection mechanism for distinguishing between USB Type-C audio accessories and standard USB devices, enabling seamless switching between audio and data modes. The FSA4486 supports a wide voltage range (2.5V to 5.5V) and offers low ON resistance and high linearity, ensuring minimal signal distortion and excellent audio fidelity. With built-in protection features such as pop-and-click noise suppression, overvoltage protection, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) tolerance, the device is engineered for robust and reliable operation in consumer electronics.
